About AWH Engineering College
Established in 2001, AWH Engineering College (AWHEC) is a self-financing institution managed by the Association for Welfare of Handicapped (AWH), Kozhikode, Kerala. The college is affiliated with the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). AWHEC is dedicated to providing quality education and fostering the development of competent, socially committed engineering professionals.

Admission Process
B.Tech Admission
- Eligibility: Pass in Higher Secondary Examination (Kerala or equivalent) with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science combined.
- Admission: Based on the list published by the Government Entrance Commission for the merit quota and as per existing Government rules for the Management quota.
- Lateral Entry: Diploma holders with a minimum of 50% marks in the final examination are eligible for admission to the second year (special reservation quota).
MCA Admission
- Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects at the degree level.
- Admission: Based on the entrance examination conducted by the college or as per university norms.
Application Procedure
Candidates can submit applications online or obtain the application form from the college office. The application fee is ₹500, payable via the designated bank account.

B.Tech (Annual Fees)
- Government Quota: ₹50,000
- Management Quota: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000
- NRI Quota: ₹75,000 – ₹100,000
- Lateral Entry: ₹30,000
M.Tech / MCA (Semester Fees)
- MCA: ₹25,000
- M.Tech (All Specializations): ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

Scholarships (Management Quota)
- KEAM Rank up to 10,000 / JEE Percentile above 80: Full tuition fee as scholarship.
- KEAM Rank between 10,000 and 15,000 / JEE Percentile 60-80 / Full A+ in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics: 50% of tuition fee as scholarship.
- Full A in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics: 50% of tuition fee as scholarship for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, and Electronics & Communication Engineering branches.
- Lateral Entry (B.Tech): CGPA above 8 & LET AWH polytechnic students: 20% of tuition fee as scholarship.
